Who We Are
Adaptive Academics is an affordable tutoring and educational service that adapts to the needs and learning style of each and every student. We offer in-person sessions based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and virtual sessions province-wide. Our services are available across multiple subject areas and levels of education from qualified educators.
Our Core Values
Adaptability: Every student is unique, and deserves education best suited to their needs, goals, and learning style. We know that it is critical for educators to meet students where they are at and provide them with the tools they need to be their best self. We continuously take feedback from students and guardians in order to ensure that tutoring remains student-centred.
Student Engagement: Tutoring is most productive when students feel empowered in their ability to learn and comfortable with asking questions. We ensure that our students get the most out of their education by teaching at their pace and introducing them to learning tricks that encourage retaining knowledge and building skills over time.
Expertise: Successful educators have passionate subject knowledge and are strong communicators. Our tutors have 5+ years of experience in education, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficient understanding of Ontario curriculum to ensure that everyone’s standards are met.
